Broadway Arts Center (BAC), LLC is a group of long time
business owners on the block targeted to be the first piece of the
rejuvenation of the Broadway Corridor in Long Branch, New Jersey. The BAC principals - the Katz and Siperstein families, who
have owned Siperstein’s Paint and Decorating on Broadway for over 40
years, and the Pereira family,
which owns Pax Construction among other businesses on Broadway – have
been and continue to be instrumental in the renaissance of Long
Branch.
O'Connor & Company, of Washington, DC, an asset management
company with 25 years experience in mixed-use development, is overseeing
the redevelopment, leasing, marketing and operations of Broadway
Center.
Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum (HOK),
a global provider of design and project delivery services, is heading up design in
collaboration with the nationally-known
Niles Bolton Architects,
which has designed projects in over 42 states and 14 countries.
